Dr. Richelle Peña

PharmD
Richelle Peña is a seasoned pharmacist with extensive corporate experience in recruitment, acquisitions, leadership, and operations from her time at Target Corporation. As the Co-Founder and former Director of Corporate Development at American Pediatric Dental Group, she played a pivotal role in growing a successful pediatric dental service organization in South Florida.

Richelle is also the founder of RPW Professional Services, a marketing and consulting firm, and a recognized business and lifestyle expert featured on CNN, NY Post, NBC, Good Morning America, and more. Co-author of The Power Couple, Richelle’s expertise spans recruitment, leadership training, marketing, and customer service.

Dr. William A. Peña

DMD, MS, MBA
Dr. William A. Peña is a Board-Certified Pediatric Dentist with deep expertise in leadership, entrepreneurship, and business operations. He co-founded American Pediatric Dental Group, where he served as CEO and Director of Operations and now holds the position of Senior Director. In addition, Dr. Peña founded the American Pediatric Sedation Center, specializing in treating fearful and special-needs patients under IV sedation. With an MBA in finance and experience as a former professor at Nova Southeastern University, Dr. Peña brings a unique blend of clinical and business acumen. He is also the co-author of book "The Power Couple".
